Q) Does First Air provide packaging materials?

A) Yes, once you have established an account with First Air you will receive a package containing our First Pack Letters, First Pack Bags, and pre-printed waybills. You will also receive a brochure containing all available services.

Q) How do I re-order supplies?

A) You may order replenishment supplies online or you may contact First Air's customer service department.

Q) Does First Air offer crating services?

A) Yes, First Air will arrange to have your shipment picked up and brought to our crating facility to ensure your shipment arrives in good condition.

Q) How do I fill out a First Air waybill?

A) You may click any section of the waybill for details on what to enter. Click here.

Q) Are there any size limitations on freight I tender to First Air?

A) No, First Air can accommodate any oversized freight that you may have. Please contact First Air's customer service department for price and delivery commitments.

Q) Can I track my packages over the Internet?

A) First Air is currently in the process of creating an on-line order management system for our customers. This will allow you to track shipments, enter new shipments, and maintain an address book.

Q) How do I request a price quote?

A) You may contact First Air's customer service department for a shipment quote 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You may also request a quote on-line.

Q) Can First Air handle shipment distributions and/or special projects?

A) Yes, First Air has a special projects department dedicated to handling these types of requests. Please contact First Air's customer service department for more details.
